
There was a lot of buzz surrounding the Dallas Cowboys coming into the 2014 NFL Draft this weekend. In particular, most were wondering whether or not the team would select a QB at some point. To elaborate even further, folks wondered whether or not they would take Johnny Manziel, should he have fallen to them.
Well, as luck would have it, Manziel did fall to the Cowboys at 16 and Jerry Jones contemplated making the move, however he decided on selecting Notre Dame tackle Zack Martin with the first pick to protect Tony Romo.
There were a lot of people that wanted to see Jerry pull the trigger, but in the end he ultimately made the right decision.
