
The New York Jets went defense in the first round drafting Louisville safety Calvin Pryor with the 18th overall pick. In the second round they added an offensive weapon drafting Texas Tech tight end Jace Amaro.
They also drafted a pair of receivers in the fourth round, Oklahoma’s Jalen Saunders and UCLA’s Shaq Evans. In the sixth round they took Clemson quarterback Tajh Boyd to joining Geno Smith and Michael Vick.
