The Cleveland Cavaliers are looking for a new head coach after firing Mike Brown earlier this week. They might be looking to the college ranks and try to pry away Kentucky Wildcats head coach John Calipari, according to Sam Amico of Fox Sports.

Calipari has had his name linked with just about every head coach opening in the league after a successful string of seasons at Kentucky. He has mostly been connected to the Los Angeles Lakers job but refuted those rumors on Twitter just two weeks ago pledging his commitment to the young men on his team at Kentucky.
I believe in them and I’m committed to doing the best for them as individuals as we build this team into something we can all be proud of.

Today I met with Marcus, Dom, Derek and EJ, who I hadn’t met with individually yet. All I can tell you is we have the best young men.

Before it starts, I'm totally committed to helping this group of young men reach their dreams. I wouldn't & couldn't leave this group!
