Orlando Magic offering $100k in lottery pick contest
By Aaron Blue
The Orlando Magic have the No. 4 and No. 12 picks in the upcoming draft and now the team is adding a little incentive for local fans to watch as the team adds another piece. Any fan within 75 miles of Orlando could win $100,000 if they correctly choose each lottery pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, according to Darren Rovell of ESPN.com.
"One submission per fan can be made, through either the team’s website or by mail. Candidates must be 18 or older and live within a 75-mile radius of Orlando. Submissions are being accepted through June 22."
The $100,000 prize will be split if multiple winners occur and if none guess correctly, the team will raffle off season tickets to an entrant for the 2014-15 season. The form requires all participants to type in their selections and spelling will matter when deciding the winner.
