Football is a rough sport, and injuries are simply a part of the game. Unfortunately, injuries are not exclusive to the actual games, but are a very real danger in offseason practices, mini-camps, drills, and more.
NFL teams began OTA’s this week, and it looks like we already have our first victim to an unfortunate injury. Dallas Cowboys linebacker, Sean Lee had to be helped off the field today during practice after one of his teammates fell on him during a play.
Charean Williams gives us the scoop from Dallas:
Zack Martin just fell on Sean Lee. Lee is still down.

Clarence Hill, a Dallas Cowboys beat writer, gives us some more details:
Sean Lee was helped off the field by two trainers after being blocked to the ground by zach martin. He let off string of profanities

As of now there is no word as to what exactly the injury is or how bad it could potentially be. Reports are that the injury is to Lee’s leg. Whether or not it is a knee injury is not known at this point in time.
