Hunter Pence tired of talking about scooter

Hunter Pence is slightly shocked at the attention his stolen scooter received this week. The San Francisco Giants rightfielder is to the point where he just wants to concentrate on the game.

When continuously asked about what he calls the “saga of the scooter” he told reporters that he couldn’t believe how much people were talking about it.

“I can’t believe I’m really having to answer these questions and you’re really writing them down,” Pence said. “It’s time to focus on more important things, like the game.”

Perhaps concentrating on the game would be a good call, but then how would fans know the ending of such a notorious story?

Pence did indeed tell reporters that he has ordered a new scooter to replace the stolen one. The new scooter will be different than the old one with more customization’s including references to his favorite Mortal Kombat character.

Pence also mentioned that he plans to hide  a GPS on this one so that if it gets stolen again, he’ll be able to know exactly where to find it.

Originally announced on Twitter that it was stolen, Pence followed suit mentioning in the same fashion that he has ordered a replacement.

The new one is on order with Giants clubhouse chef Joe Day.

Needless to say the scooter saga will soon be over and Pence will be able to concentrate fully on baseball knowing he will yet again have transportation to and from the ball field.
