Chicago is on the brink of elimination and will need to win three straight games in order to return to the Stanley Cup Finals, so they will need to dig deep beginning Wednesday night.
For the Kings, they expect the Blackhawks to bounce back stronger than ever.
“We’re expecting their best,” Kings center Trevor Lewis said, via ESPN.com. “They’re back at home now. We’re expecting them to come out hard. I mean, they’re defending Cup champions. I don’t think they’re going to give up by any means.”
We will learn just home much the Blackhawks left in the tank in a matter of a few hours.
