This week, the Denver Broncos set aside some time for team bonding with their annual golf event. During their time out on the golf course, Peyton Manning took the time to pick some new teammates to get familiar with during the outing.

Manning chose rookie receiver Cody Latimer, rookie offensive tackle Michael Schofield and wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders, who the team signed during free agency, to be a part of his foursome on the links.
That clearly made a huge impact on the rookie knowing one of the best to ever play the game wanted to take the time to get to know him.
“They told me I was already taken, that No. 18 had asked for me,” Latimer told USA Today.
“It was just an honor that he wanted to get to know me. And then he also taught me how to play golf. He didn’t know till we got there that I had never golfed.”
Learning how to play golf and chatting it up with a future Hall of Famer is a great way to start off your NFL career.
Hopefully Latimer will continue to learn from Manning as he blossoms into a player that the Broncos offense can rely on.
