With Kevin Love seemingly on his way out of Minnesota, there has been plenty of talk about where he will go. Of course, the Los Angeles Lakers are in the discussion, as well as nearly every team in the league–including the Boston Celtics.

The link to the Celtics sparked up this weekend, as Love took a vacation to check out the city. Things got even crazier when Love met up with Celtics’ point guard Rajon Rondo at a Boston Red Sox game.
A picture of the two talking found its way to Twitter and sparked many a conversation from fans across the league. Today, Rondo met with reporters at the Celtics’ practice facility and of course questions about his meeting with Love were asked immediately.
I mean, what do reporters expect Rondo to say? That he begged Kevin Love to come play with him? That he pleaded with Love to force a trade to Boston this summer?
I doubt that’s all Rondo said, but of course he’s going to brush those questions aside.
