Stiviano’s lawyer stated that she was allegedly attacked by two men in New York City on Sunday. At this point in time, however, no police reports had been filed nor did any police respond to any incidents regarding Stiviano yesterday.
Stiviano’s lawyer claimed that she will be filing a police report today for the incident last night.
According to her lawyer, Stiviano was leaving dinner with a group of friends by the Gansevoort Hotel late last night when she was followed by two men prior to them attacking her and yelling racial slurs.
Stiviano was checked by a doctor after the attack and was found to be “banged up but OK,” according to ABC news.
The attack on Stiviano is more than likely related to her involvement in the Donald Sterling case. In March, a phone recording between Stiviano and Sterling surfaced that highlighted Sterling’s atrocious racist rants.
The recording ultimately led to Sterling being banned for life from the NBA, and subsequently the sale of his Los Angeles Clippers.
Just days ago, a new recording of Stiviano’s own racist comments surfaced. In the video Stiviano says “I don’t understand black people. You give them a little bit of money, they don’t know what to do with it. [Black people] just act crazy … they’re like, ‘Yo, I wanna put extra rims on top of my rims. And my rims are gonna turn around. I’m gonna call them spinners.’ They do stupid sh*t like that.”
