In June of 2013, the Royals’ George Kottaras bested the Rangers’ Robbie Ross in perhaps the most tension-filled cow milking contest ever staged between two major league baseball players.

Saturday afternoon, the two combatants came together again for the rematch. And once again, George Kottaras (now a member of the Indians) got the better of Robbie Ross.

Cows. Baseball players. Udders. Milk. I don’t know how it gets any more exciting than this. All I have to say is, mooooo. Oh my God, there’s a trophy. An actual honest to goodness trophy. For being the best cow milker in MLB.

Why is this contest being staged during a random Rangers-Indians game? Why isn’t this part of All-Star festivities? This should be right in there with the Home Run Derby and the celebrity softball game.

It’s about time cow-milking had its day in the sun. Widen this thing out. Challenge the George Kottaras cow-milking dynasty. Bring cow-milking to the masses.

I have a sudden craving for cheese, I don’t know about you.
