The New York Rangers stayed alive in the 2014 Stanley Cup Final when they got a miracle to go their way. The Los Angeles Kings game-tying attempt came up just short of the line and New York went on to win their first game of the season.

New York will still have to dig deep with today’s game coming on the road, but the goal for New York will be to keep the pressure on.
“I know if we win (Game 5), they’re definitely going to feel the pressure,” Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist said, via ESPN.com. “We were in that spot playing Montreal. The closer you are to your final goal, obviously you tend to think more. That’s just the way you work. It’s hard not to.”
For the Kings, a win seals the deal and they will hoist Lord Stanley’s Cup.
