While the Pittsburgh Steelers, who have reported interest in adding a veteran corner, would be an interesting option, the latest reports and rumors seem to indicate that will not be something the Steelers have interest in doing.
The report comes by way of ESPN.com.
It is important to note that there is no guarantee the report is accurate and the Steelers have openly said they are willing to explore all options to improve the team, so we wouldn’t slam the door shut on any potential Flowers-Steelers marriage just yet.
We will just have to wait and see.
As is the case every year, Flowers could wait until training camp to see what teams suffer injuries to key defensive backs which would immediately increase his market.
