None other than New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan was spotted in Brazil taking in some of the action and he was all decked out wearing some United States soccer gear.
No, Ryan wasn’t shirtless or covered in a bandanna or scarf like you would expect from some of the overzealous members of the American Outlaws, but he was wearing one of the team’s “bomb pop” kits that were met with mixed reaction.
Ryan seemed to appreciate the kit, however, and he even took the time to match his sneakers with the jersey.
That is dedication.

It is always great to see people lining up to support their country and it is even better when that person is a notable figure from another sport.

I guess we really shouldn’t be surprised that Ryan decided to come down to Brazil to enjoy some extra “foot” ball.
