NBA Rumors: Chicago Bulls not interested in LeBron James
By Josh Hill
With LeBron James now a free agent for the second time in five years, teams all over the NBA are swallowing their hatred for him to make a run at trying to sign him. But just because LeBron James is a free agent doesn’t mean everyone is going to drop to their knees and worship him as some habits just die really hard.

That’s seemingly the case with the Chicago Bulls, who glanced up at the news of LeBron James opting out with nothing more than a shoulder shrug as they remain completely uninterested in pursuing LeBron with any sort of seriousness.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, nothing has changed in the minds of the Chicago Bulls when it comes to LeBron James hitting free agency yet again.
The record has changed since the last time the Bulls heard LeBron was a free agent as they went after him hard in 2010 to try and sign him but four years has changed how they feel about him. The free agent status of Carmelo Anthony has changed the Bulls minds as well, since they look to continue their pursuit of him and not so much LeBron.
It seems strange to want to give Melo the max and not even consider if LeBron would take the same to sign, but Chicago knows what they want and they’re not going to lose the scent of the trail their one.
