There is a chance that, this summer, we could be watching the Big Three of the Miami Heat dissolve before our very eyes. On Tuesday, LeBron James informed the team that he would be exercising his early termination option, making him a free agent. His teammate, Dwyane Wade, could do the same, as well as Chris Bosh.

On Wednesday, the three pals finally met with one another, and while the meeting was positive, according to Tim Reynolds of the Associated Press, it did nothing to make up Wade’s mind in regards to whether or not he will exercise his early termination option as well.
Source tells AP that Dwyane Wade has made no decision yet. Second source calls the Big 3 summit today "good and positive."

It was expected that James would be opting out of his deal, mainly because most say he would be absolutely open to taking less money if the team were to improve well enough to not get blown out in the NBA Finals like they recently did at the hands of the Spurs.
Wade, on the other hand, there’s been a lot of doubt as to whether or not, at this point in his career, he would be willing to do such a thing.
Should Wade opt in, he’ll be making $42 million, which would make getting some better talent on the squad very difficult financially. But should he opt out, especially after his porous performance in the Finals, well, it’ll more than likely be difficult to come even close to matching that number.
