3. Who will be the biggest name to change teams on draft night?

Miles Wray (@mileswray): Kevin Love. There are many smart teams with more than one high first-round selection — Philadelphia at 3 and 10, Orlando at 4 and 12, Utah at 5 and 23, Boston at 6 and 17, Charlotte at 9 and 24, Phoenix at 14, 18, and 27. If Minnesota is receiving trade offers that include these picks, along with meaningful NBA-experienced assets, they would be wise to listen, thereby supplementing their 13th overall pick and assembling the potential core of a great team with one evening of selections.

Brian Schroeder (@Cosmis): Carlos Boozer, Tyson Chandler or Dion Waiters. I am in no way claiming that those players are of the same caliber.

Eric Maroun (@ejmaroun): Kevin Love and/or Tristan Thompson. Perhaps for each other, perhaps not. Regardless, I don’t think Love is a member of the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday morning.

Dane Carbaugh (@danecarbaugh): Tyson Chandler. I think Dallas finally gets their man, somehow.

Kevin McElroy (@knickerbacker): I think the Love thing very likely happens.

Scott Rafferty (@crabdribbles): I can see the Orlando Magic trading Arron Afflalo on draft night. Afflalo is kind of in limbo right now and I’m sure the Magic would welcome another lottery pick. The Charlotte Hornets, Sacramento Kings and Denver Nuggets might bite if the right package is cast out — not to mention the potential rumored trade offer by the Magic to the Cavs for the first overall pick.
