The San Antonio Spurs are NBA Champions for the fifth time since Tim Duncan came to the team in 1998 and times are once again good in west Texas. The celebrations may be getting overshadowed by the offseason speculation about LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony and others but that doesn’t mean they aren’t still going on.

One player who is still celebrating is Marco Belinelli, who played his way into one of the best seasons he’s had as he’ proved to be a true three point specialist for the Spurs all season long. He commemorated the Spurs championship win by getting the Larry O’Brien Trophy tattooed to his arm in the most visual way possible.
The tattoo is going to be shown prominently whenever Belinelli whenever he takes to court again next season and that’s the way he wants it to be.
Belinelli has traveled all over the NBA from the deep south of New Orleans to the Windy City of Chicago to now San Antonio where his journey has finally seen him win an NBA title. It’s clear that this is something Belinelli isn’t taking lightly as he’s basking in the glorious moment for as long as he can.
Considering that he now has the moment permanently tattooed to his body, it’s safe to say that the moment will live on forever in the Belinelli household.
