Despite the pot being stirred regarding the Miami Heat’s Big Three potentially breaking up, the truth it, as time goes on, the three would like to stay together in South Beach and continue to chase titles. To do that, all three, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh would have to take pay cuts, allowing other players to make their way into the fold.

More from Miami Heat

Well with the 2014 NBA Free Agency period just hours old, it seems as if Wade and Bosh, who recently opted out of their deals, are ready to make that happen as the Heat have begun informing free agents the amount of money they will have to spend following the deals being made with their two stars.

This has been the plan all along. The three would opt out of their deals and start the process fresh. Again, while some people took the opting out completely out of context when they initially occurred, it seems as if the plan in coming together beautifully for Pat Riley and the Heat.

Next up will be LeBron, who given what he makes off the court, should be more than willing to take less money on the court as well.
