The Miami Heat have been linked to almost everyone on the market but they don’t have the money to pay everyone they’re mentioned with. For instance, the Heat were mentioned as being interested in both Kyle Lowry and Marcin Gortat despite not having enough money to make either of them a serious offer.

According to Alex Kennedy of basketball Insiders, the list of fr agents the Heat have been linked to has been updated to refelct the recent signings around the NBA.
The list hasn’t really changed much but as the free agent pieces begin to fall into place elsewhere around the league, the Heat’s chances of landing a few players on their list seem to be growing.
The Heat will land free agents, there’s no question about that but time is running out on the Heat and if they continue to drag their feet then the cap space they have earmarked for the Big 3 will become available to use elsewhere .
