Dallas Mavericks to sign Devin Harris to three-year deal
By Josh Hill
The Dallas Mavericks may have swung and missed on Carmelo Anthony but that doesn’t mean they are giving up on signing free agents. The locked down Dirk Nowitzki this summer and are now shifting focus to other big name players and role players who can help them win in 2014-15.

Having Dirk back is great, but he’s not the only player the Mavericks have decided to give a one contract to. Devin Harris has helped the Mavericks out in the past and he will be returning once again to try and get Dallas back to their winning ways.
According to ESPN.com’s Marc Stein, the Mavs are bringing Harris back to Dallas on what will likely be a three-year deal.
Harris wasn’t a part of the 2010-11 Championship team but his return to the team continues a theme Dallas has been living by this summer in which they watch out for players they’ve grow to respect over the years.
Not only is Dirk back, but so too is Tyson Chandler and the return of players like that is something that Mavs fans are getting stoked about as the new season gets closer and closer.
