Luol Deng is one of the most coveted free agents on the NBA market this summer. The Miami Heat, Los Angeles Clippers, Atlanta Hawks, and Dallas Mavericks are all interested in him.
It is just a matter of whether Deng is looking for a certain dollar amount or a spot on a roster with a contender, and it looks like the former.
Luol Deng is saying that it'll take $12 million per year to sign him, per @WindhorstESPN. That and more in FA diary: http://t.co/5Ueux2K6Jl

The price tag might be too high for the Heat though.
Kyle Lowry and Luol Deng believed to be Miami's top two free-agent targets. Neither, though, seems especially attainable for Riles and Co.

But that hasn’t seemed to stop the two sides from meeting.

The Hawks have the cap space and the interest, according to the USA Today.
"he Hawks are slated to have about $11.5 million in salary cap room once the free agency moratorium lifts on July 10. Their recent agreement with former Oklahoma City Thunder guard Thabo Sefolosha on a four-year, $12 million deal appears to have helped their efforts to land Deng."
