Kevin Love trade rumors: Boston Celtics could put together ‘attractive’ trade package
By Jack Crosby
Despite all the talk surrounding the big name NBA Free Agents, the 800-pound elephant in the NBA rumor room at the moment is still the Minnesota Timberwolves possibly trading Kevin Love at some point before the season starts. One of the teams that have been at the forefront of the conversations as a trade partner for quite some time has been the Boston Celtics, who apparently are trying to put together anything they can for the star forward.

According to a report from CBS Sports, the Celtics and Danny Ainge are still racking their brains trying to see what their options are in regards to getting a package together to make the deal come to fruition.
"However, a league source said Monday that president of basketball operations Danny Ainge is attempting to gather assets to acquire Kevin Love, convinced he can devise a package that would entice Minnesota Timberwolves president Flip Saunders to move the three-time All-Star, who will be a free agent next season."
And for anyone that believes that they can’t get anything done, well there seem to be a lot of disagree with that notion, and believe that Ainge can put together an attractive enough package to shake things up in Boston, and the NBA landscape.
"According to two NBA sources, Ainge has been dogged in his pursuit of Love, and several agents believe he has the creativity to put together an attractive package."
Again, it’s not out of the realm of possibility for Ainge and the team to pull off a blockbuster deal, it’s more or less up to the Timberwolves and whether or not they want to play ball.
