The saga with LeBron James and who he will eventually sign with, the Cleveland Cavaliers or Miami Heat, has certainly taken some interesting turns throughout the day on Thursday. For a good amount of time, it seemed as if there was about to be an announcement of a return to Cleveland coming any minute, however that never occurred. Just a few hours removed from that, though, now it’s not looking as optimistic for the Cavs.

More from Cleveland Cavaliers

After spending the night in Las Vegas with Dwyane Wade at his camp, the two hopped on a plane together to head back to Miami, where LeBron will eventually depart from for Brazil for the World Cup Final this weekend, as planned.

But still, with Wade on the plane with him, that has prompted Chris Broussard, one of the closest insiders to LeBron’s camp, to report that the Cavaliers’ chances are certainly dwindling at the moment.

Again, as stated earlier, things are taking some interesting turns, and you could almost feel the optimism in Miami growing.

Whatever the case may end up being, we will more than likely know soon as it was reported on Thursday night also that LeBron will inform the two teams of his decision before he heads off to Brazil this weekend.
