The Chicago Bulls have amnestied Carlos Boozer which means teams are now free to pick him up off the waiver wire or let him pass through and then hit the open market where he can name his price.

One team who may take a look at Boozer are the Miami Heat who could use some of their leftover cash to add the former Bulls forward and use him alongside Luol Deng like he was in the Windy City.
According to Ira Winderman from the Sun Sentinel, the Heat might end up making an offer to Boozer but at the end of the day he might not warrant a serious pursuit.
Signing Boozer would be another interesting move for the Heat but he’s likely to draw interest elsewhere that either raises his price or make better fits than Miami. Still, there is interest nonetheless in Boozer from the Heat but the question is will that interest be significant enough to warrant a run at the forward or will it all end up being nothing more than passing interest?
