2014 Triple-A All Star Game roster

So what do we do now that the All Star game and all of its festivities are over? There still won’t be a MLB game for two more days! How about the Triple-A All Star game from Durham tonight?
For those of you prospect hounds who didn’t quite get enough with Sunday’s Futures Game, here is another chance to watch prospects on display.

The standouts from the IL team are top-20 prospects in Mahtook, Souza, Aguilar, and Montgomery. The 36 year old Hessman recently became the IL’s all time home run leader, and makes his fourth AAA All Star team.

There are a lot of top prospects on the PCL roster as well. Pederson and Piscotty in particular stand out. Some players have already been in the majors before, like Franklin and Jacobs.
