It’s time for Les Miles to deliver some great quotes as he always does when the LSU head coach addresses the crowd at SEC Media Days on Wednesday.

Miles begins the afternoon session at 1 p.m. where he will surely address the quarterback competition between sophomore Anthony Jennings and true freshman Brandon Harris, it was Harris who outperformed Jennings in the spring game as LSU looks to find the successor to Zach Mettenberger.
Quarterbacks always command the attention from the media, but LSU also must replace two 1,000-yard receivers in Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry and 1,400-yard rusher in running back Jeremy Hill.

One of the players who will pick up the slack with Hill’s departure is at SEC Media Days as Terrence Magee will combine with Kenny Hilliard and freshman phenom and No. 1 overall recruit, Leonard Fournette in the Tigers backfield.
Paving the way for that Tiger trio of backs is left tackle and potential first round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, La’el Collins who is one of four returning starters on the LSU offensive line that will have to be the strength of the offense this season with freshmen like Harris, Fournette and receivers Malachi Dupre and Trey Quinn likely playing significant roles as true freshmen.
The third player in attendance is middle linebacker D.J. Welter who will represent the LSU defense at Media Days. The Tiger defense should be back to their dominant ways after a season that failed to live up to the high standards that program is accustomed to much of last season.
LSU was a 10-win team last year for the fourth straight season after defeating the Iowa Hawkeyes in the Outback Bowl.
