The Cleveland Cavaliers have a great group of core players with LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Andrew Wiggins, but they are still looking to land Minnesota Timberwolves star forward Kevin Love.

More from Cleveland Cavaliers

In a recent interview at the American Century Championship , NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley discussed the current state of the Cavaliers and whether or not they should be pursuing a Love deal.

Barkley says that the Cavaliers need to find a way to land Love and that is something Cavaliers fans likely agree with.

While the Cavs may not need Love, it would really take their roster to the next level.

The only question for the Cavaliers will be whether or not they are willing to give up a package that the Timberwolves are fond of. If it includes rookie Andrew Wiggins, the Cavaliers could be hesitant to complete a deal, as well.

We will just have to wait and see.
