T.J. Warren—Phoenix Suns—Las Vegas Summer League

24.8 MPG | 17.8 PTS | 37-68 FGM-FGA | .544 FG% | 4.8 RPG | 0.2 APG

It remains to be seen what the Phoenix Suns plan to do with the five guards they have on their 2014-15 payroll, excluding Tyler Ennis, Eric Bledsoe, and Bogdan Bogdanovic who are all expected to sign deals. At 6-foot-8, T.J. Warren is a valuable wing asset that has established himself in Vegas. His scoring prowess has adapted from strictly a midrange game in college to a well-balanced attack in the summer league. Phoenix’s top 10 pace ranking in the league a year ago certainly won’t be slowed by Warren. In a win over Philadelphia, he logged 28 points—nearly all coming at the rim.

Shooting at a 59 percent clip, Warren is developing well for the Suns. Should be a player to watch come next season.
