The NBA free agency period is starting to wind way down after the frenzy we saw this past week following the LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony decisions that the basketball world was waiting on.

One of the best remaining free agents on the market is one of the restricted variety, as Phoenix Suns guard Eric Bledsoe remains without an offer sheet and remains unsigned by anyone.
According to Suns President of Basketball Operations Lon Babby, via the Arizona Republic, the Suns expect to see Bledsoe back with the team next season which means they’re likely to match any offer sheet he signs in his restricted free agency.
"“We’ll continue to work as hard as we can within that restricted free agency system established by the collective bargaining agreement,” Suns President of Basketball Operations Lon Babby said Monday. “We continue to hope and expect that he will remain in a Suns uniform.”"
Bledsoe is a big part of the Suns upside this upcoming season and signing a long term deal with Phoenix may not be what he wants right now. The Suns are loaded at guard as they boast Goran Dragic, rookie Tyler Ennis, former Kings guard Isaiah Thomas and then Bledsoe.
It’s possible that the Suns are hoping for a sign-and-trade for Bledsoe but it has been said that they think having that kind of depth at guard can work in theri favor. Either way, the Suns clearly expect to see Bledsoe back in 2014-15 and that’s going to be a situation to monitor moving forward.
