Taylor was quoted as saying that he knows what he wants in a Love trade and expects one to be completed by the end of the month. What that is all code for is he wants Andrew Wiggins and will be holding out until he gets him involved in a deal.
According to Chris Haynes of CSNNW.com though, the Cavaliers have yet to inform Wiggins that he’s going to be a part of any Kevin Love trade in the near future.
"In speaking to key members of Wiggins’ camp on Aug. 2, they adamantly maintain to CSNNW.com that the Cavaliers have not informed them a trade is forthcoming. This is even despite NBA’s online store recently discontinuing Wiggins’ jersey, Kevin Love withdrawing from World Cup play and Anthony Bennett being held out of pickup games."
If Wiggins is going to be involved in the trade, then the teams will have to wait until the end of the month to make a deal happen. That doesn’t mean Wiggins will be included though just because the Wolves keep holding out. That has proven to be the case up to this point, and it will likely continue that way for the foreseeable future.
