But for once it seems that it’s not Wiggins holding up the deal, rather it’s smaller moving parts that are keeping a deal from happening. This could be where to put J.J. Barea, Anthony Bennett, Dion Waiters or which third team to include in the blockbuster deal.
All we know for sure is Wiggins is in play.
Love to CLE, Wiggins to MIN has been in play for weeks. But no deal yet because so many other smaller parts of deal yet to be agreed upon

This seems to be in line, at least partially, with an earlier report from Brian Windhorst from ESPN that stated the Wolves had Wiggins in their sights and there was just a waiting period left before a deal was made.
What’s different about this report is that it’s not Wiggins’ contractual waiting period that is holding things up, rather smaller moving parts — which is more interesting and possibly more dangerous as well.
