The Washington Redskins are opening up their preseason at home on Thursday night against the New England Patriots. Now starting wide receiver DeSean Jackson, the prized acquisition of the offseason for Washington, is not in action tonight. However, Aldrick Robinson is, and he’s already providing not only some production, but entertainment as well.

Late in the first quarter, Robinson hauled in this 10-yard touchdown pass from backup quarterback Kirk Cousins, and then he broke out a nice little dance to celebrate being the first player on the team to get into the end zone this preseason.

Now I don’t know what was more impressive in that whole deal, the way he hauled that TD in right between the two Patriots defenders, or that little shimmy he provided after the fact.

But that also shows you why there are a lot of people that are expecting more out of this Washington offense than they got last year. It’s not just the return of RG III to being healthy, but the wealth of talent that he has around him.

Robinson is one of those talents, and one hell of a dancer too, apparently.
