Golfers from all over the world compete in the PGA Tour and their respective events, and particularly for the major events. Professional golfer Ian Poulter is competing in the PGA Championship and had his family over in the United States.
His family has since returned home, and he is not thrilled with their flight arrangements. Mrs. Poulter, their four kids and their nanny had six business seats for the flight home, but British Airways downgraded the nanny from business class, leaving his wife to have to watch and handle their four kids all by her self.
GASP
Amazing how @British_Airways have downgraded a full fare ticket when you buy 6 seats together in 1 booking. Just doesn't seem right.

Just to make you laugh @British_Airways offer £200 compensation for the inconvenience of downgrading the seat. I paid slightly more....?

I book with @British_Airways so you don't get crap like this & still get crap. Should & will use @VirginAtlantic next year.

Of course people responded predictably to him complaining about the issue, namely that many mothers travel with multiple children with no help, and not in business class.
Poulter went on to defend himself.
Actually my wife is a real mum, we have the luxury of having some help, as it's difficult to travel with 4 on your own. Lots do it without.

Don't think you should bring into question Katie's mothering skills. You can bash me like you do already. She is a brilliant mum.

Think you guys are missing the point buy 6 seats at full fare. @British_Airways downgrade because they can. #Tossers #MyViolinWorksFine

It looks like I'm being a stuck up nob. But what is wrong with getting what you have paid for. I ordered a steak. Sorry you can have tomato.

I don't see what the problem is. I work as hard as everyone else to provide the best for my family. So I can share my opinion. #Thankyou
