A week after throwing for 177 yards and two touchdowns on 16-20 passing against the Arizona Cardinals, Bridgewater was at it again Saturday versus the Kansas City Chiefs.
Bridgewater completed four of his seven passes for 40 yards and threw for two touchdowns.
Watch the GIFs of the touchdown passes below:
The first touchdown pass was an eight-year toss to Allen Reisner with 2:08 left in the third quarter. The second pass was five yards out with :24 left in the third and was again to Reisner.
Although Bridgewater is a rookie, he’s looked awfully impressive this preseason and the Vikings might have to consider handing him the reins sooner than they initially planned to. Matt Cassell, Bridgewater’s main QB competition, threw for 152 yards on 9-17 passing with a touchdown and interception.
The Vikings cruised in the game, defeating the Chiefs 30-12.
