The Bucs, however, would love to find two or three more receivers they can count on including a dependable slot man. They have Chris Owusu and signed former Florida Gators’ receiver Louis Murphy in the offseason but there is another former Gator who is having an impressive night for the Bucs.
Rookie Solomon Patton is returning both kicks and punts in addition to playing wide receiver. During the third quarter, Patton caught a short pass from quarterback Mike Kafka, made a man miss and turned up field, leaping into the end zone for a 25-yard touchdown.
