On Thursday, the NFL announced that Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning has been fined for taunting Houston Texans defensive back D.J. Swearinger.

Manning was fined $8,268 for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Manning headbutted Swearinger after Swearinger laid a big hit on Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker, who suffered a concussion after the hit.

Swearinger is also expected to be fined by the league for the hit that was ruled illegal on the field.

After learning of the fine, Manning did not seem too upset about having to shell out a few thousand dollars to the league. In fact, he embraced the fine with a comment reminiscent of Olaf Sanderson’s, “Two minutes? Well worth it,” in Mighty Ducks 2.

“I accept it. Money well spent,” Manning said, via Pro Football Talk.

Manning will not appeal the fine.
