D’haquille Williams was the No. 1 ranked player in junior college last year and he showed his lofty recruiting ranking was accurate as he played in his first game with the Auburn Tigers on Saturday against the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Williams who goes by the nickname “Duke” is the most talented receiver on the Tigers roster, even more talented than Sammie Coates, and he very well could play his way into the first round conversation if auburn continues to throw the ball with the type of efficiency and production they have in the opener.

Jeremy Johnson started in place of Nick Marshall who was serving a suspension for his marijuana citation days before he was scheduled to attend SEC Media Days.
