Angola enters the game 1-1, following a win over South Korea in the tournament opener and a loss to Lithuania on Sunday. Mexico, meanwhile, has dropped both of their first two games to Lithuania and Slovenia.
Both teams are members of Group D, which is one of the weaker groups in the tournament.
All six teams in the group will play against each other before Sept. 4, with the top four teams in the group after five games advancing to the elimination round of the tournament which is being hosted in Spain.
