According to reports, Texas Longhorns football coach Charlie Strong has dismissed two offensive linemen from the team for āa significant rules violation.ā
Chip Brown of HornsDigest.com reported via Twitter:
If offensive tackles Desmond Harrison and Kennedy Estelle have indeed been dismissed from the Texas program, they would be the fourth and fifth players booted from the program by Strong in the last month.

In August, the program dismissed running backs Joe Bergeron and Jalen Overstreet and defensive back Chevoski Collins as well as suspending three players for at least the season opener.
Harrison and Estelle were projected as the starting offensive tackles for the Longhorns this season and Estelle did start in Texasā 38-7 win over North Texas on Saturday.
Losing both Estelle and Harrison would deal more blows to an offense that will already be missing quarterback David Ash against BYU on Saturday because of a concussion and lost center Dominic Espinosa to a broken ankle sustained against the Mean Green.
Junior Marcus Hutchins started at right tackle in place of Harrison in the opener. Sophomore Camrhon Hughes is likely next in line to play on the left side if Estelle is gone.
Estelle, a junior, started eight games last season at right tackle and played in 12 games overall after playing in three games as a freshman in 2012.
Harrison, a senior, played in seven games last season after transferring to Texas from Contra Costa Community College in California.
