This game was close through the first half, like that previous match up. The Seahawks started the second half with a seven point lead.
They’ve since extended the lead thanks to two defensive plays. An interception from Byron Maxwell set up a Seahawks field goal to take a double digit lead.
On the Packers’ second offensive drive after that interception, the Seahawks defense got the team some points again. This time Michael Bennett got into the backfield for a strip-sack and the football rolled into the end zone.
Packers offensive lineman Derek Sherrod fell on the ball to save the Seahawks from recovering and getting a touchdown, giving up a safety instead. That play extended the Seahawks lead to 22-10.
