Lots of coaches have embraced Twitter as a means of speaking directly to the fans, sometimes with good results and sometimes with bad.

One coach you won’t be seeing messing around on Twitter is Alabama head man Nick Saban, who remains steadfast in his conviction that the internet is evil:
"I'm never going on the Internet. I'll never have a Twitter." -- Nick Saban.
— Michael Casagrande (@ByCasagrande) September 5, 2014
Nick Saban getting into it with media people on Twitter would be hilarious, but it appears we will never get a chance to experience this.
Nick Saban tweeting GIFs of dancing punters, another thing we’ll never get to see.
Nick Saban trolling Auburn fans on Twitter, also not in the cards.
The more I think about this, the sadder I become about Twitter’s lack of Saban.
How can we convince the coach to get over his Twitter aversion and start an account?
Dear Nick Saban, Twitter is a wonderful place filled with many brilliant people who have lots of insight to offer about college football and a whole array of other subjects. Also, there are porn bots. There are many wonderful links to entertaining GIFs and Vine videos as well.
It occurs to me that Saban probably is not even aware of what Vine is or what a GIF might be. What an impoverished existence Nick Saban leads.
What does this guy do in his spare time, commune with nature? Interact with his fellow humans? Pursue a rich and fulfilling intellectual life?
Loser.
