There have been plenty of signs that Rob Gronkowski will be on the field when the New England Patriots take the field for their season-opener against the Miami Dolphins. (One of which is Gronk actually flat-out saying that he will play earlier this week to the AP.)

The latest sign? Gronkowski is traveling with the team to Miami, according to the Boston Herald.
"It looks like Rob Gronkowski‘s declaration will ring true.Gronkowski is traveling with the Patriots to Miami today in anticipation of Sunday’s season opener against the Dolphins, according to a source. If he wasn’t medically cleared, the Pats wouldn’t bring him on the trip."
Having Gronkowski is absolutely critical for New England’s offense, so this is obviously great news for the team.
Still, it isn’t much of a surprise with others in the media previously reporting that Gronkowski would play.
Word is Rob Gronkowski (ACL) was right earlier in the week. The #Patriots TE is expected to play vs. #Dolphins. Snaps may be limited tho

Limited snaps or not, Gronkowski has the potential to make an enormous impact for New England, especially in the red zone. In just 50 career games, Gronk has racked up a whopping 42 touchdowns.
The Dolphins might have made improvements to their secondary this offseason, but they could be in trouble come Sunday.
The tight end caught 39 passes for 592 yards and four touchdowns in just seven games last season.
