The Ole Miss Rebels have really stepped up on the recruiting trail under head coach Hugh Freeze.

More from College Football

That’s why the Rebels entered the season with high expectations and are currently the 15th-ranked team in the country. The Rebels kicked off their season their season against the Boise State Broncos in Atlanta last week and although their play – especially that of quarterback Bo Wallace – should be described as shaky at best in the early-going (Wallace threw three interceptions), the Rebels wound up earning a 35-13 win (and Wallace threw four touchdown passes).

The Rebels got SEC play underway on Saturday afternoon when they traveled to Nashville to take on the Vanderbilt Commodores. The Rebels are currently leading 27-0 and Wallace has played well, going 19-of-25 for 249 yards with a touchdown and zero interceptions. Plus he had a spectacular play where it looked like he was going to be sacked but wound up completing a pass to Evan Engram.

You can check the play out below.
