After playing in a much closer game than anyone though in a 37-31 victory over the Oklahoma State Cowboys, the top-ranked Florida State Seminoles will play their first home game of the season when they host The Citadel on Saturday night.

It will be a celebration for the Seminoles, who will be playing at home for the first time since winning the National Championship back in January.
Although The Citadel will pose no threat to the Seminoles at all, they obviously have some work day after avoiding a potential disaster last week against the Cowboys. The Seminoles’ wide receivers and interior defensive line look like potential weaknesses so look for the Seminoles to really focus on those areas. A projected starter, sophomore wide receiver Jesus “Bobo” Wilson, will return from his one-game suspension. The Seminoles will also likely look to get their three talented true freshman more involved. They landed a pair of 5-Star prospects in Travis Rudolph and Ermon Lane and 4-Star Javon Harrison.
Defensively, we could see true defensive defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi hit the field to try and help fill the void left by Timmy Jernigan.
No matter who plays, the Seminoles are massive favorites (although the game isn’t on the board) and this is probably the biggest mismatch of the week.
