The USC Trojans, coming off a huge win last week over Fresno State, will be taking on the Stanford Cardinal in a tremendous early Pac-12 contest. Last season following the firing of Lane Kiffin, the Trojans were able to take down the conference champion Cardinal on national television, which breathed more life into the deflated fan base. Can they do it once again this season? We’ll find out on Saturday.
Also, we will be treated to the last match up for the foreseeable future between the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Michigan Wolverines. This is one of the more storied rivalries in the game of college football, and this will be the final time we see these two titans go after one another.
Finally, in the big showdown of the day, the Michigan State Spartans travel out to Eugene to take on the Oregon Ducks in a game that could end up having some serious College Football Playoff implications down the road.
There will be these match ups and a whole lot more on Saturday, and you can follow along at this link here as we keep you updated on all of the action throughout the day in the scoring tracker provided below.
