Broncos’ Rahim Moore grabs tipped pass for interception (Video)

The Denver Broncos made high-profile additions to their secondary this past off-season in order to try and build a more balanced roster for another run at the Super Bowl. The way the 2014 regular season schedule worked out, they had a chance to put that new unit to a tough test right away with an opening game against Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts.

In free agency the Broncos landed big names like cornerback Aqib Talib and safety T.J. Ward. The addition to their secondary that might get overlooked, however, is the return of quality safety Rahim Moore.
The Broncos were without Moore for the bulk of the 2013 season after a scary situation in which Moore almost had to have his leg amputated because of compartment syndrome. He is back and healthy for 2014, and he made his presence known early on Sunday night.
Moore and Talib combined to make an impact play, with Talib tipping an Andrew Luck pass and Moore being in the right place to pick it off just before it hit the ground.
This turnover led to Broncos’ points as they took a 10-0 lead.
