Jadeveon Clowney injury update: Texans rookie injures MCL; could be out ‘a while’

During the Houston Texans’ season opening win over the Washington Redskins, 2014 No. 1 overall pick Jadeveon Clowney was forced to exit with an injury.

It was just the latest setback for the rookie, who had an injury-filled offseason, and now we are learning more about the knee injury that was suffered in Week One.
According to reports, Clowney injured his MCL.
Even worse for the Houston Texans is the fact that the injury could keep Clowney out “a while,” but the team will not know until undergoing further testing early in the week.
