The Panthers were one of the most impressive teams a season ago, but this year the Buccaneers are one of the most improved teams in the offseason.

For the Buccaneers, the improvements have led some of their players to believe they have what it takes to win a Super Bowl title.

“People laugh about it right now, but it’s the belief you’ve got to have. I’m living proof of it,” said tackle Clinton McDonald, who played for the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks last season, via ESPN.com. “Coming from Seattle, when I first went over there, we weren’t Super Bowl ready. But the belief in it every year, and the work ethic every year, allowed us to get there.”
