Nick Foles will be glad to have one of his favorite targets from last season when he broke out for 27 touchdowns and only two interceptions when he took over as the team’s starting quarterback.
Other than Cooper returning to the lineup, there are no other big surprises on the inactive list for the Eagles as they look to start the season 1-0 and take the next step in the Chip Kelly era.

While the Eagles get one starting receiver back, the Jaguars are not as lucky as their No. 1 receiver Cecil Shorts is out with a hamstring in jury. The injury should mean increased targets for a pair of second round draft picks as Marqise Lee and Allen Robinson will have an opportunity to make their mark early in this league.

Who do you think will be effected the most by the list of inactives in today’s game between the Eagles and Jaguars?
